Yes, profile transfer to Octo is possible. Fully automatic transfer of profiles from other anti-detect browsers is not available yet. Cookies can be transferred and uploaded manually or via API. Will I need to rewrite API integrations?

The part that interacts with the Public/Local API will require adaptation (creating and editing profiles, etc.). Actions inside launched profiles will not need to be rewritten, because action automation inside profiles uses CDP methods and automation libraries rather than the anti-detect browser’s API methods.

Profile data is encrypted and stored in the cloud. Only you and the members of your team to whom you grant corresponding rights can access it. Octo cannot access the contents of your profiles.
